Waterfront/Lifeguard Supervisor

Do you love the water? We're looking for this key leadership position to oversee and lead our waterfront. Join our Summer staff and make a positive impact in the lives of kids by working at Miracle Ranch while learning leadership skills, team building, and problem-solving. Campers and guests will remember the time they spent at CRISTA Camps for years to come because of you!

AS THE WATERFRONT SUPERVISOR, You must possess current ARC Lifeguard Certificate, Waterfront Certification, and first aid and CPR training (Camp will provide some assistance with procuring these credentials but experience is required).
- Supervise and schedule lifeguards.
- Train staff and campers in waterfront procedures, water-toy safety, and boating safety and maintain a safe and clean waterfront.
- Assist with program and rec activities as needed.
