Summer Staff Women's Dean

Are you looking for a summer job that’s more than just a paycheck? Join our Summer staff and make a positive impact in the lives of kids by working at Miracle Ranch while learning leadership skills, team building, and problem-solving. Campers and guests will remember the time they spent at CRISTA Camps for years to come because of you!

The Women Dean oversees all Spiritual Care of college age summer staff which includes counselors, but also invest into the spiritual well-being of all staff (gender respective). Functions as the first authority level and as staff minister for counseling staff – supporting, encouraging, and contributing to staff unity. Woman's Dean will facilitate “one-on-ones” to disciple and encourage summer staff, and will be involved in conflict resolution camp-wide.
