Assistant to the Director
Full time, year-round position available. Married couple preferred. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Housing and health coverage included. Ideally, this position would develop into the General Director’s role with a 3-4 year target transition period. Responsibilities will include learning to manage and oversee all aspects of the camp operations.
Camp is located in Northern Maine on East Grand Lake in the town of Weston, currently offering overnight resident youth camps, family camps, and wilderness adventure trips during summer months. Week-end retreats and rental groups utilize the facility during Spring and Fall seasons.
