Plant Services Technician III

Serve in an advanced level Facilities Maintenance and Grounds-keeping role. This employee will be responsible for assisting in the care and appearance of grounds and the other maintenance work. Duties will include the assistance of new construction and remodels, conduct repairs or complete new plumbing, electrical, sheet rocking, painting, carpentry, irrigation and water lines and vehicle maintenance.

General Qualifications: Beyond the general qualifications for being on Warm Beach Camp staff, we are looking for a person who will maintain a safe working environment, assist and plan landscaping projects and regular care, have the knowledge and experience to perform building and general maintenance and repairs. Assist in overseeing new construction projects and remodels. Maintain equipment and supplies and be available to on-call/emergency needs and some weekend shifts. Specifics & Compensation: This position begins as soon as filled. This is a year-round, full-time, hourly position. Pay range will be $19.66 to $21.42/hour DOE. On campus housing may be available.
