Plant Services Assistant Manager

This position will assist the Plant Services Manager in the direction and coordination of the activities of the Maintenance Department staff, in order to meet the over-all mission of the camp. This person will serve with the Plant Services team to maintain the buildings, grounds, and equipment of Warm Beach Camp; will be involved in the maintenance of the water and wastewater systems, and will provide support to all other operational departments as assigned to meet the needs of our guest. Regular attendance and punctuality are expected and this employee will be included in the rotation of weekend shifts.

Qualifications:
Beyond the general qualifications for being on Warm Beach Camp staff, we are looking for a person who is able to work with a minimum of supervision, has the knowledge and experience required to complete professional quality maintenance and repair and possesses problem solving skills as well as the ability to work with established procedures. This person must be reliable, flexible an able to work in a team environment, as well as demonstrate genuine care for and cooperation with colleagues, volunteers, guest and management.
This position may begin immediately and is a full-time, year-round position involving regularly scheduled weekends. Please apply using our application on our website.
