Assistant Director

Twin Pines Camp, Conference and Retreat Center offers quality Christian summer programming as well as retreats and facilities for adults, youth, and children. Twin Pines is searching for an Assistant Director to oversee the areas of guest group booking and programming Twin Pines sponsored retreats. A qualified candidate will also assist in the day-to-day operations of the camp, oversight of employees including the summer staff, and summer programming.
A qualified candidate will be a believer in Jesus Christ with a background in guest services and working with youth. The candidate must possess good communication skills, be organized, be customer oriented, and be a self-starter. This person should also be competent in the use of technology.
This position is located at Twin Pines Camp in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, with a starting salary based on experience, includes benefits and possible on-site housing.
