Summer Staff

COUNSELING TEAM (NOTE: Counseling Team positions receive base pay.)
Resident Camp Counselors -- Leading a group of campers from grades 1st-12th through their week of summer camp.

CREW TEAM (NOTE: Crew Team positions receive base pay. This team will rotate between the following roles as needed throughout the summer.)
Housekeeping -- Working to further the Golden Bell mission by maintaining clean and safe facilities for all campers and guests.
Kitchen -- Partner with our Lead Cook to further the mission of Golden Bell by providing quality, healthy meals for all campers and guests.
Maintenance -- Support the Golden Bell vision in maintaining and improving camp buildings and grounds.

LEADERSHIP TEAM (NOTE: These positions receive premium pay on top of their base pay.)
Photography/Media Coordinator -- Capture photographs and videos throughout camps, edit, and share to social media with stories.
CNA -- Assist the Camp RN all summer.
Camp Coordinator -- Working side-by-side with the Program Director and other Summer Staff to support programs ensuring their effective and cohesive operation on a day-to-day basis.
Preaching and/or Worship Team -- Speaking outlines and worship music sets are provided based on the theme of the summer camp.

SPECIALIZED CERTIFICATIONS (NOTE: These can be added to any job description.)
Certified Lifeguard Team -- Primarily lifeguarding in our indoor pool and at our small pond when using FunYaks. But also, during summer camp field trips such as river tubing and white-water rafting. Lifeguard training and certification provided by Golden Bell
Adventure Course Staff -- Trained and Certified by Golden Bell to support various adventure courses including High Ropes, Dangling Duo, Leap of Faith, Rappelling Wall, Low Ropes, 400’ and 900’ Zip Lines, the Climbing Wall and Climbing Tower.
