Our lakefront campus requires consistent upkeep to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for campers and guests.

Summer Maintenance Staff
Maintenance staff support daily operations through:
• Groundskeeping (mowing, trimming, basic landscaping)
• Set-up and tear-down of program spaces
• Minor building repairs and upkeep
• Trash collection and property care
• Assisting with waterfront or event logistics when needed
No prior professional maintenance experience required; training provided.

Position Requirements
• 16 years or older
• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Agreement with our Statement of Faith
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs
• Willingness to work outdoors in summer conditions
• Strong work ethic and flexibility
