Delta Lake Bible Conference Center is HIRING for Summer 2026! (June – August)

Delta Lake Bible Conference Center is a Christian camp and retreat center located on the shores of beautiful Delta Lake in Rome, NY. Connected with the Christian & Missionary Alliance, our mission is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and foster spiritual growth through Christ-centered programming and hospitality.

Summer staff live and serve on-site throughout the summer season. Our programs include Family Camp, Youth Camp, Haven Camps for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and guest group retreats.

We are seeking high school seniors, college students, young adults, and teachers who love the Lord and desire to invest in the next generation.

Summer Counselor
Camp Counselors are at the heart of our ministry weeks. Counselors live with campers, lead small groups, participate in activities, and build intentional, Christ-centered relationships.

Responsibilities include:
• Living in cabins and supervising campers
• Leading or assisting with activities and games
• Facilitating small group discussions and Bible conversations
• Encouraging campers spiritually and socially
• Ensuring safety and following camp policies
• Assisting in support roles when needed

Campers range from elementary through teen years depending on the week.

Staff College Scholarship Program (All Positions Eligible)
• Scholarship awarded per week worked
• Last summer’s rate: $200 per week
• Paid directly to your college tuition account
• Not taxable income
• For many staff, this matched or nearly doubled summer earnings

Position Requirements
• 16 years or older
• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Agreement with our Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct
• Ability to work in Christian community
• Love for working with youth
• Leadership, patience, and adaptability
Most staff must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate outdoor terrain.
