Assistant Cook

Camp Cedarbrook in the Adirondacks is a Christian girls camp located in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains of New York. We’re looking for an Assistant Cook to join our kitchen team for the summer!

Our kitchen serves family-style meals for about 200 people each week. The Assistant Cook supports the Head Cook and Special Diets Cook in preparing meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and creating a positive, faith-centered work environment.

Details:
-Pay: Starting at $250/week + room and board
-Dates: June 3 – August 10, 2026
-Application Deadline: May 15, 2026

Responsibilities:
-Assist in the daily operations of camp’s kitchen operations
-Support food preparation, serving, and cleanup
-Help maintain sanitation of the kitchen and related equipment
-Train and guide volunteers and kitchen aide campers in food prep, equipment use, and safety procedures

Time:  Full-Time Seasonal
Salary:  Paid
