Chief Executive Officer

Warm Beach Camp Ministries invites nominations and applications for the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This rare and significant opportunity to lead the largest Christian Camping ministry in Washington State, one of America’s greatest mission fields. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will serve as a spiritual leader of the camp communities, engage constituents in the furtherance of the mission, and steward the future capacity of this dynamic organization in furthering God’s purposes.

Qualifications:

The next CEO will join a committed team and guide the ministry into a future of growth, innovation, and Kingdom impact. This pivotal role calls for a spiritually mature and experienced leader who is deeply committed to Christ and to the mission of Christian Camping. The CEO is the chief ambassador for the mission and ministry in the church and civic community building and strengthening relationships that expand the ministry building upon a strong foundation. Specifics & Compensation:

Competitive salary in the $140-160K range, DOE
