Forest Springs is a year-round Christian camp and retreat center nestled in Wisconsin’s beautiful Northwoods. Our mission is to create life-changing experiences where people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. As part of a family of four ministry sites across two states, we seek to serve guests with excellence, foster discipleship, and glorify God in all we do.

This position is located in Frederic, WI at our adult retreat center.

Oak Forest is seeking a highly organized, guest-focused team member with a joyful servant’s heart to help create an excellent and Christ-centered experience for every group we host. This role works closely with the Guest Services Coordinator to manage and host overnight and day groups, communicate guest needs to staff, oversee room arrangements and schedule changes, and build strong relationships with group leaders. The ideal candidate is a flexible self-starter with strong multitasking, customer service, and administrative skills (including Excel and Word), who thrives on details, hospitality, and teamwork. Because Oak Forest is a ministry, this position also plays an active spiritual role by modeling Christ in words and actions, participating in prayer and staff discipleship, supporting our Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct, and helping cultivate a servant-hearted, Christ-like atmosphere for guests and fellow staff alike.
