Job Summary: The Operations Director is on the Leadership Team and works closely with the Executive Director to oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations of Longview. This role ensures seamless coordination of all operational aspects and development of all departments of Longview. We are looking for a leader with 3 plus years experience leading teams of people and has a track record of serving the local church.
