Office Crew

POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an Office Crew member to join our summer staff. The Office Crew position is responsible for answering phones, office work, and assisting in registration during some of the camps. Typical seasonal dates are late May to mid August.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Answering phones and communicating any needs/questions to staff
•Greeting customers that come into the office and help answer questions
•Administrative duties as needed, such as scanning, making copies, and computer work
•Assist in camp turnover after each camp
•Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•Actively live and practice the Christian faith and live a lifestyle in accordance with the Statement of Faith and Beliefs detailed on the Beartooth Christian Camp website.
•Must be 18 years of age or older.
•Desire to serve in administration and camp ministry.
•Knowledge of Microsoft office and basic office functions, including answering phones
•Ability to sit for long periods as necessary

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
•Weekly stipend paid every two weeks via payroll
•Housing is provided (Must live on property for the summer)
•Food is provided
