Accommodations/Guest Services Manager - Year Round
Our current manager has accepted a director position at another local ministry, we're so proud of Ryan and his family and are thankful they will still be in our local area!

Please note, applicants need to be currently in regular church attendance and have a Pastoral Reference who has been your pastor recently and who has known you for at least 12 months. Prior camp experience a plus. Prior supervisory experience a plus.
We plan to hire a part-time interim while we accept applications for this position, allowing transition time for the right candidate to come along. Please note that we pray and take time in our hiring process.
Hourly/Non-Salary, Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, housing provided.

Description: Responsible for overseeing the preparedness of the campus to receive and serve guests and to serve them well.
Requirements: • Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a willingness to serve others • Must be friendly and able to work well with others • Organizational skills and ability to oversee multiple tasks and work crews • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner • Experience in general repairs of buildings, vehicles, and small equipment • Must possess valid California drivers license and be insurable (can get CA license if hired, etc.) • Must be physically able to perform assigned duties
Detail of Responsibilities:
A. Systems/Safety 1. Ensure that all cleaning is completed to county, state, and/or other legal requirements 2. Ensure housing, meeting spaces, and other areas are clean and organized for guest use 3. Partner with Maintenance in helping to staff on-call needs on a rotation
B. Buildings, grounds, pool, and equipment 1. Promptly report any known issues, hazards, or items needing repair to Maintenance 2. Actively participate in camp beautification i. Trash around grounds, tidiness, spot painting, cleaning, etc. 3. Partner with Maintenance in ensuring the pool is ready for guest use through chems/cleaning
C. Recreation 1. Assist in staffing recreation through use of existing staff and interns 2. Partner with the Program Manager/Coordinator for specifics
D. Supervision 1. Schedule and coordinate daily activities of staff for Accommodations and Guest Services Department 2. Partner with Special Projects if you have a need for volunteer work crews 3. Approve departmental time-cards and time-off requests ensuring adequate coverage 4. Ordering and inventory of needed Accommodations supplies 5. Oversee Rental/Guest Services Team member (see Exec. Director for details) 6. Department summer staff
E. Safety and training 1. Safety officer for your department – ensure proper sign-off sheets and training are up to date
F. Budget 1. Prepare, maintain and operate within annual budgets for the Accommodations Department
G. Complete all other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
