Chef/Lead Cook

The cook is responsible for preparing & cooking meals for groups of 20-200+. Also are responsible for food quality and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Meal prep, Recipe Development, Kitchen Maintenance and Food Service Compliance. Must be able to work with small staff or alone. We serve cafeteria style with support from staff from other departments. Applicant needs to have ServeSafe Management Certification, Time Management ability and be detailed oriented.
