Camp Director- Camp Vick

A leadership position in retreat and summer camp ministry. The Camp Director at Camp Vick will develop and execute a long-range plan to create growth and further the ministry mission of developing disciples and Christian leaders. Reporting directly to the CEO, with the additional support of admin staff and Board of Directors.

The new Camp Director will create a VISION and a long-range plan for executing that vision . This includes developing programs to further the mission of the ministry, building relationships with local vendors, churches and donors, promoting and raising funds and overseeing all aspects of the property. Camp Vick has a long history and committed supporters to provide assistance to the new Camp Director.

This is a year-round, full-time, on-site position with housing included. Salary range (including housing) is 45-60K annually.

Vick and Pathfinder Camp and Conference Ministries, Inc. is a small, non-profit
with a passion for using nature to develop disciples and Christian leaders, with
two sites across New York State. Camp Vick is a 207-acre retreat in Western NY, including a private pond and four-bedroom house.

Time:  Full-Time Year Round
