This would include competency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, mechanics, general construction, and care of equipment ranging from small engines to heavy equipment. - Construction- Ability to build new buildings with help, and remodel existing ones. - Automotive/mechanical skills to be able to keep most equipment in safe operating condition and diagnose and complete minor repairs, and get help when break-downs are beyond skill set. - Grounds keeping skills – Ability to manage, maintain and groom grounds. - Able to lift at least 70 pounds, and spend the majority of your day on your feet working both inside and out in varying weather conditions.
You don’t have to be prefect or know how to do it all, but you should be confident in your skills and take ownership to see that things are completed. You would likely enjoy learning and developing each step of the way.
