Position Summary:
LifeCampUSA is seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Administrative Support Specialist to support the operations of our growing organization. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is eager to contribute behind the scenes to advance the work of camp ministry. The Administration and Systems Lead will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, supporting technology systems, and handling various HR functions. The successful candidate will work independently and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support
• Perform general administrative duties for multiple employees
• Manage calendars and scheduling for staff and organizational events
• Maintain accurate records of organizational documents, subscriptions, and
insurance policies
• Track reimbursements and assist with basic HR tasks
• Assist with travel arrangements and conference/event registrations

Systems Management
• Serve as primary administrator for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
• Maintain and optimize the Microsoft 365 Admin Center for user access,
permissions, and security
• Oversee Monday.com boards and project workflows
• Support the team with troubleshooting and systems improvements

Organizational Support
• Proactively identify ways to streamline operations and improve internal systems
• Ensure timely follow-up on key organizational tasks and communications
• Support a strong organizational culture aligned with LifeCampUSA’s mission and
values

Qualifications:

Required:
• A strong and growing Christian faith in agreement with LifeCampUSA’s Statement of Faith
• Competent with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 Admin Center tools and functionality
• Proficiency in using Monday.com or similar project management tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time independently, and handle multiple
responsibilities

Preferred:
• Familiarity with remote work environments and collaboration tools
• A passion for camp ministry and a desire to help others grow in their faith

Compensation:
• This is a paid hourly position
• Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications
