Associate Director

On the edge of Eugene, OR, Camp Harlow, a ministry of First Baptist Church, welcomes over 3,000 campers each summer to experience the love of Christ through games, activities, relationships, and worship. With over 60% of campers having no prior church connection, this is a frontline gospel outreach ministry.

We are seeking a leader to:
Grow year-round programming that serves youth, families, and churches
Oversee summer camp, ensuring Christ is central in every detail
Disciple and mentor staff for ministry and leadership.
Build bridges between campers and the local church.
Lead outreach through partnerships and community events.

The Ideal Candidate:
Passionate about Christ-centered ministry and called to camp discipleship.
Relational, team-oriented, and pastoral in heart.
Experienced in leadership, programming, and ministry development.
