Director - Food Services

Position Description - The Food Service Director will be responsible for
all food service related functions, facilities, inventory and equipment.
Primary Responsibilities - Create and serve appealing menus that
exceed expectations while maintaining a responsible budget through
inventory control and appropriate preparation. Posses or obtain a
ServSafe Food manager certificate. Hire and train sta? to meet guest
needs while modeling and encouraging high levels of service. Maintain
dinning hall and associated areas in a clean, organized state at all
times. Communicate with guests in a patient, courteous manner and
accommodate dietary needs as much as possible.

Time:  Full-Time Year Round
