Operations Director

The Operations Director oversees the strategic and day-to-day operations of Longview. This role ensures seamless coordination of all operational aspects and development of all departments of Longview. Departments include Grounds, Facilities, Vehicles, Maintenance, Hospitality, Foodservice, Housekeeping, Marketing, Administration, and Programs - Camps, Retreats, Guest Groups, Activities, and Events.
We are looking for a leader with 3 plus years experience leading teams of people and has a track record of serving the local church.
