Life Discipleship and Leadership

Do you have a passion for camping ministry and want to spend a year serving before or after college? Are you looking to gain a wide range of experience while growing in your faith like never before? Have you been trying to find a way to gain experience in the Christian Camping world?

The Life Discipleship & Leadership program is a year-long, immersive role where you will get on-the-job training, develop new skills, live in and build a new community, and be personally mentored by our year-round staff.

This program is designed for college-aged young adults. It’s an opportunity to live at camp, serve in different departments, and develop a wide variety of skills while helping people encounter Christ, grow in faith, and make lifelong friendships. You will walk away with a greater sense of passion, purpose, and direction, plus new skills and certifications to support you wherever life takes you.

For those who are looking to continue their education rather than take a gap year before college, we also have a partnership with Gordon College that can allow you to earn college credits while you participate in this program.
