Associate Director, Camp Sentinel
Salary: $30,000-$40,000/ per year + housing and benefits

Growing camp and retreat ministry is seeking a full-time Associate Director to oversee and support year-round operations. With the support of the CEO, Guest Services Director and Facility Director, this position will oversee daily operations of 600+ summer campers, 3,000+ year-round retreat guests and the seasonal family camping area.

Qualified applicants will have a passion for God and people, love of the outdoors, be flexible, organized and have a strong attention to detail. Job requires on site housing and offers a competitive salary package commensurate with experience, including health and dental benefits and generous paid time off. Qualifications: 5+ years prior camp or non-profit ministry/team management experience. Applications currently being accepted with a projected fall 2025 start date.
