Camp Dixie, a year-round Christian summer camp and retreat center with a rich heritage of ministry, is seeking a Food Service Director to lead our kitchen and dining services. Nestled on a beautiful campus, Camp Dixie has been serving campers and retreat guests for decades, offering a Christ-centered environment and a place for life-changing experiences.

The ideal candidate:

Is a committed believer in Jesus Christ and desires to serve in a ministry setting

Has 5+ years of experience as a food service manager

Can cook for large groups, manage kitchen staff, order food, maintain cleanliness, and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Provides excellent customer service and strong organizational skills

Position Details:

Salary based on experience

Health insurance included

On-campus housing may be available

Full-time, year-round ministry role
