Finance Director

This is a Leadership Role and will report to the President/CEO.
The areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:
• Financial Operations
o Maintain good accounting procedures for Lakeview
o Insure confidentiality of all Lakeview financial records
o Assist President/CEO in development of policies and procedures
o Oversee bookkeeping procedures for receivables and payables
? Supervise Bookkeeper
o Analyze monthly financial statements
? Track trends
? Find errors
? Locate and analyze anomalies
? Provide monthly statements to President/CEO and Board Finance Committee
o Manage Lakeview loans, investments and endowments according to Lakeview policies
o Oversee donation processing and their designated use
o Oversee capital purchases
o Manage capital building/construction project funds
o Maintain operational cash flow and plan accordingly
o Provide budget analysis and projections
? Work with Administrative and Departmental staff to maintain and project budgets
? Propose annual budget for Board approval
• Payroll
o Paychecks processing
o Direct deposit ACHs
o Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual tax returns and reports
o Maintain personnel record confidentiality
• Other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.
Certifications and experience necessary for this position:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10 years of Accounting/Financial Management experience
