Retreats & Rentals Intern

More Info & Application Portal: https://www.campofthehills.org/immerse/

The Immerse Experience at Camp of the Hills is designed to equip young adults with a deeper understanding of Christ-centered leadership through the development of professional skills, hands-on ministry opportunities, and intentional discipleship within a Christian camp environment. This occurs through behind-the-scenes work, up-front leadership opportunities, interactions with campers and guests, mentoring relationships, and working alongside Camp staff and volunteers with a shared purpose and vision.

The Retreats & Rentals Internship offers resume-building responsibilities in event planning, event hosting, activity facilitation, guest communication, food service, and facility-readiness oversight.

Our Retreats & Rentals program is important in maximizing the use of camp's facilities during the non-summer months (Sept-April) for Kingdom purposes and for generating income that allows us to fulfill our Summer Camp mission of offering low-cost camps to kids from low-income and at-risk backgrounds.

Our Retreat & Rental Ministry program hosts groups from churches (ie Youth Retreats, Men’s Retreats, Women’s Retreats, etc.) as well as events for family reunions, professional groups, weddings, and Airbnb stays. We also host volunteers and volunteer groups who play a critical role in COTH’s mission year-round.
