Camp Director- Live ON BOARD

Lead with purpose aboard a medical missions ship.
Marine Reach Global is seeking a Camp Director to live on board the Pacific Hope in the Bahamas and oversee day-to-day coordination of our medical outreach clinics. This is a key leadership role supporting rotating teams of volunteer healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing clinic operations and flow

Welcoming and supporting weekly volunteer teams

Coordinating logistics and local outreach

Helping maintain clinic readiness (supplies, schedule, setup)

Supporting shipboard community life

Medical experience is not required.
We bring licensed medical professionals for each outreach. You’ll focus on leadership, coordination, and creating a smooth experience for our volunteers.

Requirements:

Organized and proactive

Strong communicator and team leader

Comfortable living in a shared onboard environment

Flexible and mission-minded
