Camp & Retreat Director

The Camp & Retreat Director is on the Leadership Team and
works closely with the Executive Director to oversee, promote, manage, lead,
and work in all departments. Departments include Operations (Grounds,
Facilities, Vehicles, Maintenance), Hospitality (Foodservice, Housekeeping,
Marketing, Administration) and Programs (Camps, Retreats, Guest Groups,
Activities, Events).

We are looking for an experienced leader (minimum three years in leading teams) that is committed to the local church and ready to grow. Longview is a growing ministry that has an international reach. We are building leaders as we make disciples who make disciples. This position requires both administration and hands on work.
