Do you have a heart for ministry, a gift for hospitality, and a passion for leading others toward Jesus? Camp Siloam is looking for a Christ-centered, mission-driven leader to serve as our next Retreats and Guest Experiences Supervisor (RGE).

In this role, you’ll help churches and ministry groups experience life-changing moments by designing, coordinating, and hosting retreats during our fall, winter, and spring seasons. You'll lead a team dedicated to making Camp Siloam a welcoming, Christ-honoring space for all guests — stewarding our grounds and programs with care, creativity, and excellence.
?? Key Responsibilities:
• • Build strong relationships with churches and retreat groups to serve them with excellence.
• • Plan and implement Camp Siloam-programmed retreats, including themes, activities, worship, and staffing.
• • Supervise and develop a team of housekeeping staff and seasonal retreat hosts.
• • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote retreats and create themed messaging.
• • Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and facility readiness.
• • Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting.
• • Recruit and hire local staff for seasonal retreat support.

• • Ability to teach scripture, lead teams, and creatively solve problems.
• • Experience in ministry leadership, retreat programming, or hospitality.
• • A heart for serving the local church and helping others encounter God.
?? Preferred Qualifications:
• • Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of ministry or guest services experience.
• • 3+ years of team management experience.
• • Familiarity with event planning, Christian programming, and facility operations.
