Executive Director

Crown Valley Youth Ranch provides one on one Christ centered mentorship for children from 6 to 18 years old in a nonresidential setting. The Executive Director is responsible for creating community awareness and support through building relationships with like minded organizations. Promotion through various platforms and relationships to broaden the support base is vital. Other duties include recruiting, hiring, training and monitoring all staff and volunteers, as well as conflict resolution. Overseeing property maintenance and safety. Review and procurement
of study materials to help facilitate spiritual growth. Monitor spiritual health of all staff and volunteers as well as lead Bible studies, prayer walks and small groups.
Financial oversight includes compiling a yearly budget, oversee construction projects and monitor spending. No horse experience necessary.
