Resident Advisor

POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a female and male Resident Advisor (RA) to join our summer staff. The summer RA is responsible for creating a supportive community while supervising summer staff in the residential area. Typical seasonal dates are late May to mid August.

NOTE: This role is a secondary role to a main role hired for the summer.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Serve as a positive role model and mentor for the summer staff, promoting good sportsmanship, cooperation and community living.
•Create and participate in cleaning schedules to keep the summer staff housing clean.
•Encourage summer staff to follow curfew for their own well-being.
•Create a welcoming, inclusive and engaging environment within the community living.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•Actively live and practice the Christian faith and live a lifestyle in accordance with the Statement of Faith and Beliefs detailed on the Beartooth Christian Camp website.
•Must be 18 years of age or older.
•Ability to problem solve and manage conflict in a Godly and professional manner
•CPR and First Aid Certification (provided)
•Criminal Background Check (provided)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
•Pay for the resident advisor is an additional weekly stipend to their main pay that is paid every two weeks via payroll
•Housing is provided (Must live on property for the summer)
•Food is provided
