Summer Camp - Cabin Leader

Disciple campers. Build relationships. Lead with purpose.

As a Cabin Leader, you’ll guide a group of campers each week, caring for their spiritual, physical, and emotional needs while helping them grow in faith and experience all camp has to offer.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily Bible time, devotions, and memory verse activities
- Build relationships and get to know each camper individually
- Manage daily cabin routines—schedules, clean-up, lights out, and more
- Help campers sign up for and enjoy daily camp activities
- Track health needs and assist with med delivery as needed
- Communicate with your Village Leader about camper needs and cabin updates
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming cabin environment
- Write camper notes and participate in weekly check-ins
- Assist with camper arrival/departure on weekends
- Participate in other camp activities as planned by the Recreation and Ministry Departments, as the schedule allows, mainly after dinner hours.
- Flex into other roles and temporary assignments to other duties if needed
