Program Associate - Timber Challenge

From team building to ziplines, in this dynamic role you'll leader campers through thrilling ropes course challenges, foster teamwork, trust, and spiritual growth. You'll blend adventure with faith as you guide guests through all the recreational thrills that Timber-lee has to offer.

Responsibilities:
- Serves as an instructor, facilitator, and host within Camp Timber-lee’s various programs, including outdoor education, retreats, and summer and winter camps.
- Instruct classes including, but not limited to, rock climbing, zipline, high ropes, teambuilding, archery, wilderness survival, and more.
- Plan and facilitate program activities and opportunities.
- Assist with equipment and departmental infrastructure care and maintenance.
- Assist in hosting various outdoor education and retreat groups.
- Assist in other camp-wide tasks and opportunities to care for camp assets and facilities as assigned.
- Participates in and is responsible for assisting in overall camp ministry planning.
