Camp Director

We are looking for a Camp Director to run our Ocean Discovery Summer Camp programs in the Bahamas. It is a live aboard position on a 130' sail boat. It is a high energy, outdoor and adventurous program designed to use outdoor adventures (SUBA and Sailing) to reach teenagers and young adults for Christ.

The right candidate would need:
Experience with christian camping/ youth programs and counselling young people.
Active personality with a love for the outdoors. No sailing or Scuba experience required, as the ship has professional sailors and dive instructor.
Desire to disciple and help young people to know Christ.
The skillset to coordinate a busy program, liaising with the ship crew, dive instructors and leading the other camp councillors.
