2026 High School Summer Staff

COME SERVE AND BE DISCIPLED! STARTING PAY IS $1,500 PER MONTH.

This summer, join a community where faith, friendship, and fun come together. At Tejas, our Summer Staff is built around Philippians 2:3—putting others first and serving with humility. Together, we “set the stage for Jesus to transform lives.”

You don’t need to be an expert—we’ll train you! As Summer Staff, you could:
- Lead campers on the waterfront games and ropes course
- Help run big group games, activities, and recreation
- Serve meals to our guests in The Dining Hall or the Hub (Coffee Shop / Gift Shop)
- Train to become lifeguard and ropes certified
- And most importantly—grow in your faith and serve others!

What We’re Looking For
- A growing relationship with Jesus
- A heart for serving and building community
- Willingness to work hard and try new things
- Excitement for discipleship through Bible study and mentoring
