Program SpecialistAre you ready for a summer that will not only impact the campers you work with but will challenge you and help you develop you leadership potential? Consider serving this summer as a Program Specialist at Camp Oak Hills in Bemidji, Minnesota. As a Program Specialist you have the opportunity to work with campers grades K-12 helping them learn new skills as they participate in program activities including: Challenge Course, Archery, Air Rifles, Disc Golf, Crafts, Outdoor Education, Fishing, Canoe/Kayak, Field Games, etc. The Program team runs the camp’s activities and skills classes. Each program team member will stay in a camper cabin and support the cabin counselor whenever they are not scheduled in a program area. An eight week commitment is expected. Minimum age is 16. Room and Board provided as well as a guaranteed salary of $1,200 up to $5,500 with support raised. Position runs June 1 - July 28, 2026 Time: Full-Time Seasonal |
