Join us for BOLD, the 2018 Christian Camp and Conference Association National Conference at Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort and Spa in Palm Springs.
This is the one time of the year when camp leaders gather from around the country to learn together and to discover new products and services to maximize their ministry. We invite your company to join us as an exhibitor/sponsor, to help further equip CCCA's members and the many campers and guests each serves annually.
Your company's deposit reserves a space at BOLD pending final approval by CCCA staff.* While CCCA offers space selection preferences to business members and attempts to accommodate requests of those companies which make their deposits early, we reserve the right to place your company where our staff deems best for the attendee experience conducting the BOLD conference as a whole. Thank you for your support of Christian camping!
Step 1: Pay your booth deposit by clicking the Register button to the right of "Exhibit Deposit" below.
Be sure to enter your booth preferences on the payment screen. You may also enter "ALL-SHOW" if you'd prefer a special indoor or outdoor location that will be available the entire week (see brochure for details).
Then, look for a confirmation email indicating we received your application and booth preference. Please check your SPAM folder if you don't receive it in your inbox.
- Paying by Credit Card? If approved, you'll receive an approval email within 1-2 business days that includes your promotion code for registering up to two representatives free of charge.
- Paying by check? If approved, you'll receive an approval email within 1-2 business days after we receive your check that includes your promotion code for registering up to two representatives free of charge.
If you do not receive the email with your promotion code, please contact email@example.com.
Step 2 (optional): For additional exposure, you may wish to consider sponsorship opportunities at BOLD. Click the Register button to the right of "Sponsorships from $500" to see what opportunities are available. You will be invoiced for payment if you are selected for a sponsorship.
Step 3: Once you receive your approval email, come back to this form and register up to two Exhibit Representatives - free of charge - by entering your promotion code. If your sponsorship includes a booth, contact our Business Relations person for details.
Stay tuned - around the second week of September we'll send out final booth assignments to all who are registered and approved, as well as invoices for full booth payment.
