Join us November 7–8, 2025, for the Thriving Boards Cohort!
If you want to go deeper with your board, you can participate in our in-depth Cohort training (limited to 20 camp boards). By participating in Thriving Boards, your board will:
- Commit to agreed-upon roles and responsibilities.
- Shift your focus to the future direction of the ministry, rather than day-to-day operations.
- Learn to better care for and feed your camp director through fair evaluations, compensation reviews, goals and more.
This Cohort is comprised of two 6-hour days of virtual training which includes resources and tools for your board.
The cost for the 2025 Thriving Boards Cohort is $1,000 per camp or conference center board. The cost includes training and full access to all Thriving Boards resources.
Each participant will need to be registered to receive communication and ensure proper access to all tools. It’s helpful to verify that each person is on your camp’s roster BEFORE registering. If you need assistance, please contact registrar@ccca.org or call (888) 922-2287, ext. 129.
Registrations canceled on or before July 31, 2025 will not be assessed a cancellation fee. Registrations canceled after July 31, 2025 and on or before October 31, 2025 will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee. Registrations canceled on or after November 1, 2025 are non-refundable.
To transfer a registration or to request a cancellation in writing, please contact registrar@ccca.org. Note that all refund requests must be in writing (email registrar@ccca.org, postal service or fax) and received by CCCA no later than October 31, 2025.
