Until our minimum number of guest rooms is booked, attending guests who do not book rooms at our hotel property will be assessed a $100 one-time fee per person. We negotiate a block of rooms at a significantly reduced rate. This commitment incentivizes the hotel to then provide meeting space, cost of food and other benefits. Not meeting that room block would increase other costs.

Registration fees are always transferable to a previously unregistered guest from the registrant’s camp/conference center/organization if they are received PRIOR to the conference. Registrations canceled on or before July 31, 2024 will not be assessed a cancellation fee. Registrations canceled after July 31, 2024 and on or before October 31, 2024 will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee. Registrations canceled on or after November 1, 2024 are non-refundable..
To transfer a registration or to request a cancellation in writing, please contact Angie Forman at registrar@ccca.org. Note that all refund requests must be in writing (email registrar@ccca.org, postal service or fax) and received by CCCA no later than October 31, 2024.
IMAGE RELEASE
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, CCCA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to CCCA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's attendance, image or voice in photographs, video-tapes, electronic reproductions and audio recordings of such events and activities.
