While CCCA offers booth preferences to business members and companies that register early, we reserve the right to place your company where we deem best for the attendee experience.

Step 1: Exhibit Booths, Ads and Inserts:
Make your payment by selecting the Register button to the right of your booth choice below. Be sure to enter your booth preferences. You will be sent email confirmation indicating that CCCA has received your application and booth preferences. You’ll have the option to add a program ad and tote bag insert to your purchase. As you register for a booth, you can also indicate which sponsorships you’re interested in, then Bryan Bailon will contact you about availability. You will receive an email confirmation indicating that CCCA has received your application and booth preferences.
If paying by credit card, you will receive a confirmation email within one to two business days that includes the code needed to register up to two representatives for free.
If paying by check, you’ll receive a confirmation email within one to two business days after CCCA receives your check that includes the code needed to register up to two representatives for free.

*Final booth assignments will be sent out in mid-October.
Step 2: Sponsorship Fees (optional):

Step 3: Register Individuals
Once you receive a confirmation email, return to this form and register up to two representatives for your exhibit booth for free. You’ll need to enter the code you received. The exhibitor meal package is $52 per person, which includes Monday dinner, Tuesday breakfast, Tuesday lunch and Tuesday dinner. À la carte meals are not available.
Please note that CCCA charges $100 for each additional exhibiting representative.
Your application for registering to exhibit for TOGETHER includes your agreement to abide by the general information, rules and regulations (see page 11) as put forth by CCCA.
Don’t forget to reserve your hotel room at our official conference hotel. Until our minimum number of guest rooms is booked, attending exhibitors who do not book rooms at our hotel property will be assessed a $25 a night fee. We negotiate a block of rooms at a significantly reduced rate. This commitment incentivizes the hotel to then provide meeting space, cost of food and other benefits. Not meeting that room block would increase other costs.
