FALL MID-ATLANTIC SECTION PROGRAM GATHERING

Come out for a day of sharing and fellowship with co-laborers in Christian camping!

SCHEDULE
9 a.m. - Arrival and snacks, etc.
9:30 a.m. - Intros/prayer
10 a.m. - SESSION #1 - "DECISION MAKING STYLES" 
Hundreds, if not thousands, of decisions are made daily at camp. Then comes the task of communicating those decisions to our staff and campers. We will talk about healthy (and unhealthy) decision making styles; and how to select the decision making style that best serves each situation.

12 p.m. - Lunch
1 p.m. - SESSION #2 - "NOT FANTASY FOOTBALL"
We will discuss how to create a staff recruitment philosophy, share tips for connecting with potential candidates, and examine effective interviewing techniques. Bring any ideas/resources/handouts that you are willing to share!
