Adventure Area Specialist
The Adventure Staff are members of the Program Staff and are generally responsible for working with the Adventure Programs Director (APD) to provide safe and relevant adventure experiences for campers. They should be certified in Basic First Aid and CPR or have some form of more advanced training. Adventure Staff are at least one year out of high school unless special arrangements have been made with the APD. Adventure staff will be responsible for all functions in the following areas: Climbing and Bouldering Walls, Flying Squirrel, Giant’s Web, Leap of Faith, Low Ropes Elements, Mountain Bikes and Mountain Scooters, Riflery, Slacklines, Zip-lines and a High Ropes Course.
