Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for contacting potential guests, developing a contractual agreement, providing the utmost in customer service and communicating each guest’s needs with the proper Windermere staff to insure that those needs are properly met prior to and during the guest’s visit to Windermere. The Account Manager may also have other various duties in the area of sales/marketing as per the discretion of their supervisor.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a business related major (preferred) and/or experience in sales or related field; valid driver’s license; strong computer skills with ability to conduct internet based research; strong organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to manage numerous accounts simultaneously; background and life experience will need to be compatible to living on and working at a Christian conference center.
