Summer Camp Program Director

Crescent Lake Bible Camp is looking for a full-time Summer Camp Program Director. This position will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to design and implement a multifaceted Summer Camp program, including Day Camp, Youth Camp, Family Camp, and other Leadership programming. Responsibilities also include assisting with other programs, as needed.

We are looking for an outgoing leader with experience with budgeting, program design, program leadership, staff development, marketing, promotion, and creating program elements that focus on Christ.

The successful candidate will have past experience working with Summer Camps or leading youth-oriented programming. A 4-year degree and experience directing camping programs are preferred, but we will consider applicants with several years of experience in a full-time camp ministry leadership role.

This position is salaried up to $30,000 (could include room and board) but staff members are asked to engage in fundraising to help cover their salary.
