Director for Outdoor Education

The Northern Lakes Impact Center, a project of Crescent Lake Bible Camp, has an open position for a year-round outdoor education director.

NLIC is a non-profit outdoor education and teambuilding provider that works with schools across the Midwest. We offer day and residential programs that focus on environmental education, social skills, and outdoor skill development.

The Outdoor Education Director will be responsible for interacting with students, parents, and teachers while leading and teaching scheduled programs. Includes administrative duties such as scheduling, coordinating staff, and marketing programs.

Qualifications include a four-year college degree with experience teaching nature-based classes and facilitating teambuilding programs. This position also works closely with our host facility, Crescent Lake Bible Camp and assists with rentals and retreats, as needed.

Position includes training, Red Cross certifications, salary, room, and board. All staff members are required to engage in fundraising for missionary support. Please contact us for the job description and more information.
