Adventure Program Staff
Adventure program staff are important players in the Covenant Harbor intern staff team. The position focuses on planning, developing and implementing aspects of our ropes course and outdoor education programs including maple syrup production in the early spring. They will also help with ropes course facility maintenance. Adventure program staff also provide support for other aspects of Covenant Harbor program, events and retreats. A primary emphasis of the experience is on leadership development. Prior challenge course or outdoor education program experience desired. First Aid and CPR certification required. Professional Ropes Course Association (PRCA) certification training provided. This is an intern level position with a minimum one year commitment and a possible second year available with greater potential to hone and develop leadership skills. General start times are typically spring (March/April), fall (August) or January.
