Adventure Staff / LifeguardsBonclarken Conference Center is looking for summer staff to work in the recreation / adventure areas. Job duties will include life-guarding at our pool and lake, facilitating groups on our dual zip lines, swing, leap of faith, climbing tower, inside adventure elements and paintball. Staff will participate in a 2 week training program that will certify them to run all of these programs. (Part of the training will be a taking the Lifeguarding / CPR / First Aid course) All positions are paid and include Housing and meals when the dining room is open. Work is based on a 40 hr week and pay is $11.00 per hour. Time off is provided for fellowship, relaxation, and exploring one of the most beautiful areas in western North Carolina mountains.
