Pinebrook Operations & Housekeeping Manager

The Operations & Housekeeping Manager at Pinebrook (one of two Spruce Lake Ministries locations in the Pocono Mountains of northeast PA) is responsible for ensuring a positive, clean. safe and healthy work environment and guest experience. This person collaborates with the Pinebrook Director to hire, train, and lead the environmental services operations and housekeeping teams. They will ensure that each department has the resources needed to do their job well, that the environmental service employees maintain quality standards, and provide leadership and guidance where necessary.

We are looking for someone who lives out a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and who is teachable, responsible, industrious, hospitable, and enthusiastic.

Required: two years of hospitality operations and/or housekeeping experience, and two years of progressive management and supervisory experience. Also required are effective communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, knowledge of commercial/hospitality cleaning processes and procedures, plus basic math, reading and computer skills including Microsoft office suite and databases. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
