Director of Recreation and Outdoor EducationPonderosa Retreat and Conference Center in Larkspur, Colorado is seeking to fill an immediate opening for our Director of Recreation and Outdoor Education position. This is a year-round salaried position with family housing on property provided. This position leads a team of up to 25 Rec/outdoor ed staff as well as a full-time assistant director. We are a thriving Christian camp and conference center in a great location between Denver and Colorado Springs and we have an expansive recreation department and schedule. Qualified candidates will have experience in managing activities at other ministries especially in managing high ropes operations. We offer competitive salary and benefits package.
