Summer Cabin Leader - $300 Sign on Bonus
Are you looking to do more with your summer than just work? At Timber-lee we have the privilege of sharing the joy of Jesus with everyone who comes to camp. Summer camp is packed to the brim with activities at our waterfront, ranch, zipline, science education center, two chapel sessions per day, an incredible camp community and more! We would love to have you come work with us as we impact the lives of children and youth with the gospel. Step away from day to day, develop valuable skills and be a part of an incredible community of peers and mentors. If you love Jesus and you love kids, camp is the place to be. As a cabin leader you have the ability to spend a summer helping kids grow in their faith and have fun while doing it!
Must be at least 18 years old
Experience working with children in 2nd-12th grades preferred
Is able to physically traverse the multi-terrain campground in all seasons of the year; able to be on one’s feet for long periods of time
Is able to share the gospel with others; is able to pray with others.
Weekly stipend beginning at $300 per week with room and board included
Some positions meet internship requirements, ask us about turning your summer job into internship credit
$300 sign-on bonus for summer staff 2023, 1/2 ($150) paid up front of the employee’s first paycheck and 1/2 ($150) paid at the end of the employee’s agreed upon end date. This requires a 4 week minimum employment agreement for the summer staff. Ideally we are looking for a 10 week commitment, 2 weeks of training (mandatory) and 8 weeks of camp. (To receive the $300 bonus one would need to fulfill the 2 weeks of training and at least 4 weeks of camp)
